Shipping, Refund & Pick-Up Policy

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries, Cupcakes & Mini Cakes

Due to the high volume and perishable nature of our Valentine’s Day products, the following policies apply to all Valentine’s Day orders.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

All Valentine’s Day orders are prepared fresh and fulfilled according to the date and time selected at checkout. Orders must be placed before the stated Valentine’s Day cutoff time to guarantee availability.

Because these products are made-to-order and perishable, no changes can be made once an order has been confirmed.


Pick-Up Policy

  • Pick-up only unless otherwise stated at checkout

  • Pick-up location and time windows will be available during checkout

  • Customers must arrive within their selected time window

Orders not picked up during the selected time window may be forfeited due to product freshness and limited storage capacity.


Shipping Policy (If Applicable)

If shipping is offered:

  • Orders will be shipped using expedited services only in New Jersey.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.


No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

All Valentine’s Day purchases are final sale.

Due to the perishable and custom nature of these products:

  • No refunds

  • No cancellations

  • No exchanges

This policy applies to all chocolate-covered strawberries, cupcakes, mini cakes, and any Valentine’s Day–specific items.


Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as missing items or incorrect products), you must contact us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery, including photo documentation.

We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Missed Pick-Ups & Delivery Failures

  • Missed pick-ups are non-refundable

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability are non-refundable

Food Safety Disclaimer

All products are prepared in compliance with applicable food safety standards. Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pick-up or delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage once the order has been fulfilled.
